PARKES 2015 SINGLE LOFT RACE
COMPETITORS GUIDELINES
1. Races (4 if fully subscribed) to be conducted with Parkes club members allowing for extra cover.
2. Race (main) to be conducted on a Sunday with dates to be finalised at a later date. It would be preferable to have the main race mid September.
3. If inclement/bad weather the loft manager can delay the races until suitable arrangements can be made. The decision to delay the race will be made no later than 36 hours prior to race start.
4. ETS will be used to achieve results.
5. Entry shall consist of 1bird at a cost of $250.00 payable on entry to race loft $100 deposit will secure your spot.
6. Entry will be accepted on a 1st in 1st served basis with names taken until mid September, loft full at manager’s discretion.
7. Training will consist of a strong tossing regime beginning in early May with birds tossed with others to allow maximum cover.
8. Race prize money will be dependent on number of entries and payable 7 working days after completion of main race.
Prize money will be paid down to 3rd position for all races. Race 1,2 & 3 1st Place $1000, 2nd Place $300 3rd Place $200.
Main race 1st Place $10000 2nd Place $1000 3rd Place $500 if fully subscribed.
9. Basketing of birds will take place on Saturday morning before the main race and all are welcome to attend.
10. Race will remain open until a result is achieved (must be a winner).
11. All decision made will be in the best interests of the competing birds.
